Day 1 - Bilbao & San Juan de Gaztelugatxe (Sunset) Stay the night in Bilbao. Visit the Guggenheim Museum

Day 2 & 3 Liencres - Seascapes key locations along the broken coast are Playa de Arnia, Playa de Portio and Playa de Cerrias. Be ready for some sunrise and sunset shots in most coastal locations. Depending on tides and weather forecast we will have many choices. Be ready for lunches and siestas in between some slow photography.

Day 4, 5 & 6 - Luarca will be our base for the next three nights next to Playa de La Gueirua & Playa de Silencio which covers a huge area located in eastern Asturias. During the day we will visit for long lunches at fishing villages. On ojur drive to Luarca we will stop into Aviles for lunch and -photograph the Oscar Niemeyer International Cultural Centre.
Luarca and Cudillero have been important fishing ports throughout history and still have fresh seafood and delicious restaurants. Lots of large jagged rock formations and many variations in compositions will be on offer for other key locations like Playa Portizuelo, Playa de Gueirua and Playa de Campiechos.

Day 7 & 8 Las Ubinas National Park - After all the seascapes, a change of pace and scenery will take us up into the mountain range. Here we will find abandoned villages, waterfalls and misty mountain views. The lush green forests and flowing streams at old mills will also be worth a morning bush walk. The food is also uniquely different. Dishes like Chesnut Stew and Fabada Asturiana are delicious.
Late morning we will have leisurely drive to El Escorial to check in late afternoon for a final evening of shooting this beautiful city.

Day 9 & 10 Final Night El Escorial (Outside Madrid) is a vast 16th-century Spanish royal site and monastery near Madrid, commissioned by Philip II to commemorate the 1557 Battle of Saint Quentin and serve as a dynastic pantheon. Built between 1563 and 1584, it represents the power of the Spanish Habsburgs and the Counter-Reformation. Designed primarily by Juan de Herrera in an austere, grey granite "Herrerian" style, it combines a basilica, library, royal palace, and monastery
